Amazing..... I can as 'older' member of society, remember when, especially the 'right wing' supporters, could not handle the articles in the Sunday Times..!! The Afrikaans community sometimes refer to the paper as the 'Sunday Liar' ....!! More amazing, their view's have actually changed very little.... The Anc loved them in those days...., & now..??
They are to brainwashed to do the right thing and are also to dumb to read to do the right thing. They do not understand what truth and facts mean They have a very intelligent person zuma they are following and believe all he says. They do not read ehre and I do not know why I am even going to the trouble to comment as Kaycee and I am preaching to the converted You are insulting morons
Dear Morons, the Sunday Times story is based on the book authored by Jacques Pauw - they did not write the book nor have they invented the facts contained in the book. The book is flying off the shelves, get yourselves a copy, form a reading club, discuss its contents, then go the Conference and do the right thing.
The airport has never been unusable and aircraft landed there regularly from as far back as September 2015. There was never any danger of "shearing off of aircraft wings" :) There was an issue with wind shear-a common problem in airports world wide but it has been addressed. The Main Contractor was Basil Read-not Murray and Roberts the latter having no involvement in the project
The airport was originally unusable due to its location. There was a real danger of shearing off of aircraft wings. How did Murray and Roberts resolve the issue?
Always had the urge to take the voyage on the HMS St.Helena but never got around to it. Must be a great place to retire if you have the right credentials. Just not ever again having to have concern about the rotten ANC and their corrupt criminal boss is enough to make St.Helena a total paradise.
Thanks to the British taxpayer despite the funds needed desperately for an ailing NHS etc. and especially since it cannot be reached directly from the UK and therefore will never receive any benefit.
A nostalgic reminder of the age when Britannia ruled the waves.
Nothing strange indeed, lawyers play win or lose, the truth a mystery, and lawyers never lose, whilst briefcases hold a pretty penny!
I just remember the 1992 referendum and the 1994 elections. They were critical, and reason lost. So many people were terrible disappointed afterward, and could not believe their eyes that this was possible. But the fact stands on paper today. The same danger exists for these critical elections in the USA, namely the media has talked such a big hole into their heads (or, to put it in another way, the narrative was raised to such a level that it surpassed the IQ and experience of the most of the electorate), that they choose the wrong person, based on a skewed media picture. That is besides, that the election results could possibly have already been predetermined behind the screen. Just like Apartheid during the 1994 elections, which had to go, no matter what. I particularly remember in 1994 a Pretoria News report by an European election observer at director level, who complained that huge election fraud was being committed, and that he complained to his superiors in Europe. Needless to say, his objections were in vain and he disappeared down the memory hole.
The problem with lefttards are: they confuse thinking with feeling!
The debt to GDP ratio is crazy, if the money was invested to further growth one could understand it but it goes to pay salaries of mostly useless employees.
What a waste of time!! Mbalula nor zuma give a damn about anyone else let alone the Western Cape. There is no corruption money to made out of it so they will not even give it a fleeting glance!!
Man I have no sympathy for these Zimbos. They come here all smiles and sweetness looking for "job" but who knows what they are getting up to back in Zimbabwe. Sorry no job go back to Zimbabwe and get job from Bob. I have no more f*cks left to give.
Please check with the sailing calendar the date is incorrect it has been advertised as 6th April 2014 with a skippers at 10h00 on the sailing calendar in the club house. Why the change at such a late stage. no wonder we cannot get sailing going at ABYC.
