Hulle stilte was oorverdowend.

By outsourcing it is easier to smuggle the money away. A permanent employee wants his money weekly/monthly and will make a noise if they don't get it. By outsourcing a lump sum is paid out to a crony who then doesn't do the job the are are paid to do. Outsourcing enables corruption.

You are only considered 'unemployed' if you have not worked more than one day in the past two weeks and you have actively looked for employment during those two weeks. If you have a 'piece-job', once every two weeks, you are considered to be 'employed' .... go figure!

If you include people who want to work, but have basically giving up on finding work. Then it's 36.8%. Throw in 17.3 million people (31%) on grants. That paints a bleak picture.
