I doubt if criminals act on behalf of or as reps of their race. Such a dumb statement.

And deeply involved in all these activities is jz, since he's the only one who does the hiring and firing of cabinet ministers...and he's still in office....the ANC as a whole, should realize by now, their already tarnished image has been decidedly shot to hell by jz and his gvmnt.

Where is the “spam” EWN editor??…….Any interest that the readers must not read this column from The Citizen?? "Guptas shorted the rand twice: on 9/12 and again on rumours of Gordhan arrest”. "What is meant by this allegation? It means the Guptas allegedly profited from two currency collapses. They made billions by betting against the rand. They knew the rand would tumble because they are puppet masters, pulling political strings. The Guptas hold sway over President Jacob Zuma. They knew in advance that naming Des van Rooyen as finance minister could backfire, sending the rand into a tailspin. Armed with foreknowledge of his appointment, they “borrowed rands to purchase dollars. When the rand crashed they sold the dollars back for rands, walking away with several billions in profit”, according to Cronin. In that way, although picking Van Rooyen was a gamble, the Guptas could not lose, allegedly. If he remained as minister, they would have another puppet in place. If he was removed, they would still pocket billions. The exercise was allegedly repeated when the Sunday Times carried headlines about the imminent arrest of Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan. Several assumptions underlie this second instance of alleged currency manipulation." (Martin Williams in How Zuptas short change you | The Citizen 13/4/2016)

This was detected by some analyst who notices the movement of the currency before and after Nene was fired. This happened last year already. Same happened with Gordhan's dismissal (Someone knew and profited from Gordhan roadshow recall - analyst Apr 03 2017 18:37 Carin Smith - Fin24) It's been around for some time though.......SAns and their short memory..... johannesburg

Simply put, this is treason. And the leak can only be from Zuma. Therefore Zuma is guilty of treason.

These days, as far as the Zuptas and the ANC are concerned all you need is a headline, you can make up the story yourself and you will be correct. The article seems to have vanished as fast as our tax money.
