Let's face it - Zuma is a fully-fledged dictator, with South Africa being his playground and piggy-bank. He does not care a jot for the millions of SAfricans who labour under his regime, and is intent on passing on the mantle to members of his extended family.

Jacob Zuma has destroyed the anc and that is a good thing. The anc is now between a rock and a very hard place. If they replace Zuma the party is doomed. If they keep Zuma the party is doomed. The end of the anc is here, here and now! Yet it seems that many South Africans have yet to realize that the anc has reached the point of no return. The trust deficit is simply too great. The anc has supported the wrecking ball to the point of self destruction. So long anc, so long. Crumble, crumble... Tick, tock, anc. Tick, tock. kommetjie webcam

While there might be a handful of honest and honourable anc members, I do not believe in the possibility of a decent anc ever emerging from the mess it has allowed to happen, to itself and, consequently, to the whole of SA. If praying really does work, all decent SAs should pray like crazy that jz783 conclusively and completely does to the anc what he has done to the whole of SA and its people. But hurry up please, the anc has long-since outlived whatever usefulness it might have had.

You have it spot on (but underplaying it for fear of being labeled a doomsayer) - it is not going to be an easy ride. It is going to be mayhem because lots of businesses and people are holding on by a thread. The disruption that is to come is going to severe that thread and hundreds of thousands will find they have no income and will turn to the state who already cannot afford the social grants. This means one thing - cascading violence (service delivery demonstrations which will be hijacked by political interests). Violence is like a bush fire - when conditions are right it is nigh impossible to contain. If we survive it intact (and it is an 'if' because we hold little capacity in 'unity' as racial divisive rhetoric has been legitimized by governments open encouragement of it - read Bell Pottinger et al) there will be a legacy. It will be that Jacob Zuma and the ANC dispel for once and for all that the ANC were 'good'. Reality is a brutal pill to swallow. The lie will be told that it is the white people who brought this on and the ill informed will believe this, but in the cities and those who care to open their eyes will not believe this lie. And this lie is where our country will fracture.

An underlying theme in th plays of Shakespeare (who lived in times of similar upheaval to ours) was "the good guy gone bad". JZ783 particularly resembles Macbeth (with the Lady; or with the ladies?). One has to acknowledge his suffering during apartheid and his role in pacifying KZN. But those do not exculpate or excuse his subsequent looting and breaking of the Rule of Law any more than Macbeth's noble fighting for king Duncun justifies his subsequent regicide. Nor did Hansie's briliant batting and captaincy justify his match fixing or Boesak's major contribution to bringing down apartheid excuse his, ahem, "struggle accounting". Blaming Zuma is too easy. He is the first to acknowledge the role of the "ANC collective". Assuming that he is an isolated wild cadre amongst 10 million decent careerists is pure fantasy or psychosis. When JZ783 was elected, he'd already faced rape and corruption charges (the skill of his "Stalingrad Strategy" lawyers, the best stolen money could hire notwithstanding) and was already known to be captured by the Shaiks and others. It's not as if the DA had not run a "Stop Zuma" campaign, which the ANC also ignored. Hoping that the ZANC can emerge purified or Herstig is for kiddies' bedtime fairy stories. Like the party of Apartheid, the party of Corruptheid needs to die. Actually, the ANC's big mistake (reprising, as ever, the Nats) was when, having achieved their overriding goal of Ending Apartheid (the Nats ended colonialism, got a republic and created the rand) they should have unbundled into their various factions and engaged in "normal" politics. Not doing so left only neo-apartheid racism and looting as a commonality to bind and unify. Germany had to deNazify after its disastrous Aryan National Socialism experiment and SA had the TRC after the Afrikaner National Socialist phase.. Maybe the chatteratti should rahter be discussing how we are going to create a post-Corruptheid society.

"ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END." - Proverbs Silke is not telling us anything we don't know and haven't said in this forum before. His take on Zuma is spot-on, but we all know that. The Laughing Hyena is not going to go down easily, and neither is he going to go away without putting up a frantic last-ditch effort to ensure he stays out of jail. The only thing of any concern to Jacob Zuma at present is the all-pervading need to survive, and yes, he'll take the country, the economy, and the people down with him if needs be. He's cornered, and he has no scruples or morals of any kind, zero integrity, and we all know he's dishonest as hell and an accomplished liar and thief. What Silke doesn't mention is the reasons why Zuma will most probably, against all odds, prevail. It's not only because he has Shaun the Sheep firmly indebted to him (how else would someone of Abrahams's intellect and lack-lustre career become the Director of the NPA - certainly not because he merits the appointment, as a matter of fact a more incompetent "Director" would be hard to find), as well as all the other kow-towing sycophants happily snouting at the Trough, all praying Zuma will finish his term; he has a far more powerful weapon, apart from, that is, the fact he's capable of absolutely anything, even if it's so rash it will defy comprehension, at his disposal. Zuma is far more wily than he's given credit for. I'm going to quote from another article I wrote on this forum because its relevant to what we're discussing here. "The situation could be likened to a wheel on a wagon, Zuma being the hub attached to the axle, and the top echelons of the cabinet the spokes. If any of the spokes should be broken, or removed, although still firmly attached to the axle, the wheel will simply collapse, leaving the wagon stranded. The only way to prevent this is to ensure the wheel is in good shape, the spokes firmly attached to the hub, and this is where Zuma's strength lies. The "spokes" in his wheel are firmly attached, politically and career-wise so heavily compromised they do not dare make one false move. And as they have repeatedly shown, self-preservation is at the top of their list of priorities, even heeding the instruction to vote for the ANC in the last Vote of No Confidence, and NOT according to their conscience! Professor Kotze (see Biz-news October 18, "Zuma judgement - all eyes now on Shaun the Sheep and Cyril Ramaphosa" by Professor Dirk Kotze) rightfully states it leaves presidential hopeful Cyril Ramaphosa and the part of the ANC that is aligned to him with a huge problem. Ramaphosa, not as wily as Zuma, has basically painted himself into a corner. He and his followers have spoken out against corruption, aligning themselves with those striving to renew the moral fiber of the ANC, but if Zuma had to go on trial, it would in essence, to the unthinking, intellect starved, masses, the ANC's ground support base, show them up as traitors to the Party and the "struggle", a mindset which should have been replaced with the aims and ideals of a working democracy, but unfortunately, thanks to the sterling efforts of the likes of the Bell-Pottinger's immoral spin doctors, is now more firmly entrenched than ever. Jacob Zuma, an uneducated, but extremely wily, opportunist and populist, realized long ago the best way to continued survival is to court the masses, make them believe they are uber-important and promise them the earth. dance with them, sing with them, and lead them all too willingly up the garden path, something Ramaphosa has failed to see or do. Although they realize Zuma is a scoundrel. stealing the country and its citizens blind, to them he remains a "Struggle Hero" for whom they will gladly bring his machine gun. Ramaphosa, on the other hand is associated, justly or not, with Marikana, and the dreaded 'White Capital Monopoly". To my mind, whether we like it or not, we are stuck with Jacob Zuma as the country's president, and his Puppet Masters, the Gupta's as the real government. Fasten your seat-belts Folks, severe turbulence is on the way! South Africa is attempting to write on both sides of the paper at once." What I said above applies to what Silke is saying that Zuma going free might just be the death of the ANC. I beg to disagree. Although it might seem that way at present, Zuma IS NOT the ANC. There are many decent, law- abiding, members of the ANC appalled at Zuma's antics who would dearly like to see a prosperous South African democracy beneficial to all its citizens. But its not these people who will ensure the continued survival and well-being of the ANC, its the unthinking, gullible, blindly-loyal masses mentioned above who will carry the ANC through the extremely turbulent and raging waters lying ahead in the next three to five months. Unfortunately, they care even less(through sheer ignorance) than Zuma what it will do to the country and its people. Rest assured, although Proverbs state, "All good things must come to an end.", as sooner or later the dreadful "ZUPTOID" saga will, the ANC will live on long after Jacob Zuma, his family, the Gupta's, and the hordes of trough-snouters. AISCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are not only wearing the Communist regalia. The EFF/BLF are both Marxist- Leninist organisations openly advocating for the dispossesion of whites. EFF are "partners" of the opposition DA and BLF are actually helping to formulate policies of the ruling African nationalist regime.

Why are DA in partnership with Julius Malema who sings Kill the Boer or ANC in bed with BLF? Pls explain. Cape Town – White-owned monopoly capital is to blame for the storm that raged across the Western Cape this week, Black First Land First (BLF) leader Andile Mngxitama has declared. Mngxitama, who was implicated in the #Guptaleaks last week for allegedly having asked then-Oakbay CEO Nazeem Howa to fund his party, seemed pretty convinced about who was responsible for Wednesday's storm that affected thousands of lives. "It may strike many as an outlandish claim that the Cape Storms are a direct product of global capitalism and its local representatives we know as white monopoly capital," he wrote in an opinion piece on Thursday.

Eugene by waving that old flag you are playing right into the hands of the EFF and BFLF. That gives them the excuse to paint you as a white racist. Like it or not our future in South Africa is in the hands of our good black compatriots. It is only in unity with them that we can beat the racist lies being spouted by the EFF and the JZ gangsters. It is only while South Africans believe those lies that the EFF and JZ can survive.

01/11/2017

Eugene Coetzee

Eugene Coetzee

The EFF premise is that whites don't have any rights in Africa, especially the right to land despite the fact that our forefathers came here 500 years ago. Then they get extremely agitated that some whites still wave the old South African flag and don't feel at home in a "new South Africa". But they don't recognise our right to be here in the first place. Whenever they get the chance they incite violence against and encourage dispossesion of whites. But then they complain that whites are "racist" for wanting more control over their future, their own security.

"ANSWER A FOOL ACCORDING TO HIS FOLLY, LEST HE BE WISE IN HIS OWN CONCEIT." Bible - Proverbs 26:5 On which planet is this jackass living? Its obvious he is seriously impaired mentally. Any dolt who can write utter bullshit like this, "The premise of these marches is a full-blown stupidity that there is an orchestrates white farmers killing by black people. This fear, unfortunately, is part of the persistent colonial settler collective guilt of thinking one-day black people will punish whites for their apartheid and colonial crimes. As a result, they withdraw into an apartheid memory with its deep wishes for a whites-only society in Africa." should be placed in an institution, not hold public office. The marches took place in protest to the ORCHESTRATED (at least you got that part right - one must wonder if the wholesale killing of our farmers is not government sponsored) MURDER of innocent farmers and their families, people essential to feeding South Africa's teeming masses. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH the claptrap you are spewing Ndlozi! You're so far off the mark its laughable. I was going to answer your utter stupidity on a points basis, but on reflection, its not worth my time or effort. At least under Apartheid they could defend themselves and would not be at the complete mercy of that racist, Marxist- Leninist dictator who calls himself the CIC and who threatens to disposses and/or massacre all whites: “We are not calling for the slaughter of white people‚ at least for now … The rightful owners of the land are black people. No white person is a rightful owner of the land here in SA and the whole of the African continent‚” said the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Julius Malema. Speaking outside the Newcastle Magistrates’ Court in KwaZulu-Natal, where he faces charges of inciting people to occupy privately owned land, Malema says no white person rightfully owns the land anyway."
