Your can spend as little as $100 per night including meals and game drives into South Luangwa if you look for affordable safaris. If your conscience, or your pocket, can't handle spending loads of money and you can experience the same wildlife with fewer frills .....why not? antivirus avg

Well reported.Another example of divisive nature of Liberal democracy. It(liberal democracy) no longer guarantees unity, freedom and progress.Even among people with shared ethnicity, language and religion. If China's comparative economic growth is anything to go by,Liberal democracy is beaten hands down. Liberal democracy needs a serious update. Else, civil war is inevitable, sooner rather than later. Kenya is still a peace haven when compared with other African countries yet to go through the rigours of tortuous election. Will the centre hold?

Nice job, ANC, not only did you leave a child braindamaged, your incompetence cost us R23 million. And then you f***ed up this court case... The ANC really doesnt know how to run a country.

the white man is at that point on the circle of evolution where compassion (libtard-ism) is overriding his grasp of fairness and reality. The Yellow man has yet to reach that, and in a way, I almost feel sorry for the unsuspecting munt. I can just imagine it's reaction when trying out his "toi toi gibs me dat" nonsense, and confronted by a whip wielding task master with no time for his crap.....they best learn to say "yes Massa" in Chinese..

the black man will find that the yellow man is a harder task master than any white man has ever been...The recolonisation of Africa is well on its way, the new masters will hail from Beijing...and once again the black man will gravitate to his true position on the ladder.

Mr. Adrian Delia has won two difficult elections on the run against overwhelming odds just because his battle was CHANGE TO A NEW WAY which undoubtedly was what the majority of the P.N. WISHED AND YEARNED FOR. But in a very short period of time he seems to have lost his nerve and his promised NEW WAY seems to have evaporated into thin air. Politically this will prove to be his undoing cause Election Promises are made to be kept and never put aside. His strong and courageous Battle Cry has now turned into a whisper and he surely has committed Political suicide and no future promises will ever be taken seriously again no matter how many Block votes he will conjure because battles are never won on the retreat but by bravely advancing through fire and hell. Quo vadiz now Adrian ????

Parliament spent 3 hours discussing rule of law today. Your question has to be formulated better. How is rule of law compromised ? Godfrey Farrugia resigning from Labour Whip wrote "Labour bent the law to suit its purposes...This political game of illusion was never to my liking; worse than this was the Macchiavellian game,post-truth politics hypocrisy and anti-truth."

Sad times for the PN. Much to my disappointment, I fear that Delia's position as party leader is untenable. His past shady dealings and the recent tragedy means he must go for the sake of the party and the country. With him gone the PN may regain the moral high ground and renew it's valid criticism of this corrupt, squalid government Delia's presence is undermining the party.

...and where's no rule of law in this country?

30/10/2017

mario mifsud

mario mifsud

There must be innumerable definitions of rule of law , but the sense is the same . I give you the first 1 that comes to hand . Rule of law is the restriction of the arbitrary exercise of power by subordinating it to well-defined and established laws. "when military dictators fall, the democrats who follow them must try to restore the rule of law" I can add a comment . This arbitrary exercise of power results when a situation is created where theory and practice become irreconcialable In our case ..theory are the laws, and practice is the exercise of power.
